Each of the bedroom light fixtures plus the living room have remotes that allow you to change the hue, brightness, fan speed. The HOA payment includes clubhouse access, which boasts an extensively renovated facility (shortly before we moved in in 2022). The clubhouse has a massive pool, a jacuzzi and a splash pad plus shallow pool for kids. It also has a large space available for owners to rent out for parties and other events. The gym has everything you need for a solid workout, including showers and a sauna. The staff take great care to ensure the cleanliness of the whole clubhouse, especially the gym. There are three Fiji's within the gates of Fiji. According to the clubhouse staff, Fiji 1 and 3 do not have clubhouse access within their HOA payment, only Fiji 2 is included. 24 hour notice to schedule a tour.     What the owner loves about this home
    The particular location of my home is a short walk to the clubhouse. I would walk to the gym each time I worked out. The community of Oasis itself is perfectly positioned near the turnpike; no lengthy commute to the on-ramp, north or south! A playground sits just a few steps away from my unit; walk out, turn right and just behind unit 1 is the playground with a decently sized grass area where kids can run around, play football, soccer, and other activities. Similar places have terrible parking, but not here. You will always have room for your guests, who can park right in front of your unit. The guest spots at my building are in the middle of the lot as well as scattered around next to the resident spots. We lived there for two and a half years, never once having an issue with parking. We loved our home, but a great opportunity presented itself and we had to take it.
