Downstairs bedroom: Queen bed. Deck furniture: Patio loveseat and two chairs, coffee table, small side table, umbrella table, and propane grill. Dining room table, one leather club chair, and butcher block island can also stay if you'd prefer. Owner pays trash. Other utilities are tenant responsibility. Well-behaved and spayed/neutered pets welcome with small additional deposits.
