The apartment is conveniently close to Safeway, Whole Foods, Walgreens, many other stores on 28th and 30th Streets, the Bound bus line, and several parks, but it is rather secluded and shielded from street noise despite this central location. The apartment faces north toward a neighboring living community, which (a) makes for a nice green view and (b) limits direct sunlight on the apartment, keeping it nice and cool during the summer without having to turn on the AC. In the 2+ years that I've lived here, I've found the management in this apartment complex (Glenlake Apartments) to be helpful and accommodating and the neighbors to be friendly. Here's the run-down of all the money stuff: - Rent: $1338/month - Water, gas, and garbage pickup (paid through the apartment complex): ~$50/month - Electricity (paid directly to Xcel Energy): ~$20/month - The apartment complex also requires renter's insurance, but the cost of that will depend on the policy you buy. To clarify, I am not the owner or renter of this apartment I am the current tenant. I'm moving at the end of August, but because my lease doesn't end until February, I'm looking for someone to take over the remainder of the current lease from September to February.
