A nice second story deck facing the backyard is accessible from the kitchen, perfect for entertaining and dining engagements. All necessary appliances are present including, a new stove, microwave, refrigerator, newer washer and dryer. The tenant is responsible for transferring and paying the gas and electric utilities which we have found to average between $70 - 100 a month each (depending on usage of course). The gas bill is usually higher in the winter months but cheap during the warm seasons. The electric bill is stable throughout the year. Water and sewage will be paid by the owner. There is no central air but air conditioners are available for both bedrooms and the main floor. Please note that air conditioner use increases the electric bill during the summer. Optional features/expenses would include cable and internet, security system, and lawn care. Fios internet/ cable and a SimpliSafe security system are set up. You can choose to keep these services or decline them. The other internet/cable provider we'd allow to be installed would be Comcast. Dish providers can not be installed at the property. The SimpliSafe security systems would cost $25 a month and can be added to the rent payment.
