I have shade screens on some windows. Keeps the sun out during the day and no one can see into your place during the day. There is an exterior metal screened security door. We have rectangular metal mailboxes that lock. We also have a USPS approved lockers incase you receive oversized packages. At night we have couple of lights that come on automatically as the day becomes darker. NO PARTY ANIMALS NEEDED. I've owned this building for twenty years and we most always have respectable tenants. Currently we have a few students working on their PHDs, and local professionals. We are within 100 yards of UH at Manoa campus. The neighborhood is a great mix of professionals and students. We are located on a circle with not much traffic. I pay Spectrum cable tv and high speed internet. I pay the first $200 of the electric bill. For instance this year there were maybe two months that went over the $200 limit and this tenant leaves lights on and they run the new window AC often.
