I have owned to building for over 20 years and had never had a breaking to an apartment or a vehicle. There are many tall plants, bushes and flowers on the property. We have the USPS approved aluminum mailboxes. We also have some USPS large lockers that the mail person may lock up your over-sized package and will leave a key in your mailbox so you may retrieve your package. The bedroom has a window AC unit.
