I'm subleasing my room in a 4 Bedroom Apartment. Deposit of 1900 dollar is already paid by myself and I'll be taking back the deposit once the lease term ends. If possible I would be really grateful if you can pay the deposit and continue my lease since I'm handing over a room which costs $913 including utilities and insurance for a low price at my own cost. Located in the heart of Sacramento, residents have walking-distance access to local dining, shopping, nightlife, and campus! Floor plans include fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, designer furniture, full size washer and dryer and a fully furnished bathroom with shower curtains. Also I am giving a SAMSUNG Smart TV 32inch , a extra study table free of cost to the roomie, pillows, brand new sheets and more. Rent is negotiable if ready to move in immediately. Since this is a 4 bedroom apartment rest three rooms are occupied by students who study at Cal state Sacramento and are bright students who are into academics and nothing more and very friendly. Each room is occupied by there own and no one shares the room as per the policy. I would really appreciate it if anyone's ready to sublease immediately. Please contact me for any more info. Lease ends on 31st of July, room cannot be shared with others, the other three roomies are good academic students at Cal State, Sacramento. Smoking inside room is prohibited cause of Crossings policies. I would be grateful if you agree to pay the deposit since it's fully refundable. Please let me know for more info.
