The neighbors below and to the side along the shared wall are so quiet I've literally never heard them! Unwind on the private patio with only nature as company - various birds, heron sometimes, goose, and ducks are a delight to watch playing in and around the pond out back (don't worry, the bedroom is on the other side of the house so you won't be disturbed!). You'll have a giant unobstructed view of the Flatirons in all four seasons. The giant south-facing windows reveal those mountains we love, NCAR, and the rim of Boulder Valley. From the patio, you can enjoy the view directly west for sunset, and directly east for sunrise! All seasons and directions are very colorful here, viewable inside but I also recommend you take in the full experience on the patio!
