PARKING: Free parking is available in the Off Road Parking with Car Port. WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed wifi available throughout the home. LONG TERM STAYS: We welcome long stays please reach out with your requirements and note that a lease is required for stays longer than 30 days. SMOKING: Smoking is permitted on the property, but not in the house or other structures. We strictly uphold this policy and will charge $500 for any evidence of smoking in the house. GUEST INSURANCE: Instead of a deposit, we charge $35 for guest insurance provided by Waivo. Want to venture further afield?
