Selling as is being as this is a fixer upper. This is a 2 story home on a full unfinished basement. Laundry in basement. Basement leaks and floods. Extensive black mold on basement walls. Upstairs bedroom floor does need repairs. Floors and ceilings. Floor joists need replacing due to multiple cracks from a waterbed. Roof sprang an undetected leak and the ceilings Upstairs and in the living room caved in. New plumbing needs in the downstairs bathroom as floor under the tub is very soft due to an drain leak. It does leak into the basement. The hvac system is only in the downstairs half of the house. It does work but all ducts need replaced and system needs cleaned. It's never been done. This is a house that needs a load of work but is livable. I am only selling this house and land for what's left owed. It was just more than I had bargain for.
