Downstairs you will find the 4th bedroom, the family room with fireplace (electric inset), another bathroom and the laundry room. Double car garage with lots of storage space. Central heat and AC. All utilities are the renter's responsibility and need to be transferred to their name. Mowing and snow removal are the renter's responsibility. This is a quiet street not a party house. Using Zillow for background and paperwork, renters incur any fees associated with application. On condition of a meet and greet, 1-2 pet may be allowed. A pet deposit of $500 is required. Absolutely NO smoking of any kind. Damage deposit of $1200. Showing by appointment only. Credit score of at least 650, clean background, and gross income about 2.5-3x rent. Max of 4 adults or a family of 5. For roommates, everyone will need to sign lease. 1 year lease preferred. All snow removal, mowing, utility expenses are renters' responsibility.
