All utilities are the renter's responsibility and need to be transferred to their name. Mowing and snow removal are the renter's responsibility. This is a quiet street not a party house. Using Zillow for background and paperwork, renters incur any fees associated with application. On condition of a meet and greet, 1-2 pet may be allowed. A pet deposit of $500 is required. Absolutely NO smoking of any kind. Damage deposit of $1200. Showing by appointment only. Credit score of at least 650, clean background, and gross income about 2.5-3x rent.
