The home was originally used as a model and is uniquely set on the side of a pretty little Park/Arboretum located just past the entry columns to "The Arbor" section. Since there is no fence on that side of the house, the Arboretum can be viewed from the living room windows, or one can walk to the gazebo directly off the front porch.
