I'm looking for someone to take over my half of the lease on a two-bedroom furnished condo just south of the Beltline, off Fish Hatchery Road. The condo is large - 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, basement containing treadmill, TV, and washer/dryer as is the room that you would be moving into (3 closets, sofa, queen-sized bed, and balcony), so it's a great deal! The UW-Madison campus is 12 - 15 minutes away by car. We are located minutes away from several different bus routes.Tenants pay for electricity/heating, Internet, and Hulu (negotiable). The cost tends to be around $60 per person each month. Rent, which is $460 per person, is due on the 15th of every month. The lease would run from your move-in date through August 19th, 2014.Would be sharing the condo with UW-Madison PhD student. She is great, laid back, clean, and easy to live with!
