Tyndall AFB is only 10 miles away, and there is easy access to Callaway, Lynn Haven and Panama City proper. Garage door and water heater are 4 years old. I'm looking for at least a 1 year rental term. I also need a renter who will maintain the yard, and pay attention to watering needs. I will be asking for 1st month's rent and a $2500 security deposit. If there are issues with the house/property that have not been corrected/fixed, the security deposit will be used toward any damages or unpaid rent at the end of the lease. You will receive the security deposit back at the end of your lease, provided the property is turned over in good condition with all rent paid. Absolutely no smoking on the property. The renter will be responsible for all utilities, cable, internet, water, sewage, and garbage, and will need to transfer all of these things into their name. My add indicates that dogs and cats are allowed. To clarify that further, if you do in fact have pets, I would like to have a discussion about them, and would likely need to meet them before making any decisions. I myself love dogs and cats, so I don't want to rule them out completely, however it will be decided on a case by case basis. Absolutely, no reptiles of any kind allowed. Washer and dryer not included. Security system through SimpliSafe is available, but you would need to set up your own account and pay the monthly subscription. There is also an Ecobee Smart Thermostat installed. The refrigerator is included.
