Tyndall AFB is only 10 miles away, and there is easy access to Callaway, Lynn Haven and Panama City proper. The renter will be responsible for all utilities, cable, internet, water, sewage, and garbage, and will need to transfer all of these things into their name. My add indicates that dogs and cats are allowed. To clarify that further, if you do in fact have pets, I would like to have a discussion about them, and would likely need to meet them before making any decisions. I myself love dogs and cats, so I don't want to rule them out completely, however it will be decided on a case by case basis. Absolutely, no reptiles of any kind allowed. Washer and dryer not included. Security system through SimpliSafe is available, but you would need to set up your own account and pay the monthly subscription. There is also an Ecobee Smart Thermostat installed. The refrigerator is included.
