    Mid City and close to everything! 3 blocks from the Broadside, 5 from Whole Foods, 6 blocks to the beautiful Bayou St. John area for picnics and sunsets. A 5 minute bike or car ride down to UMC medical center, Tulane Hospital, and The VA. Less than 10 minutes biking to the quarter down the Laffite Greenway bike path two blocks away. A bikers dream! Furniture not included. Current tenents layout is different than what pictured but house remains the same. The home was renovated in 2015, everything permitted and to code. It has two big bathrooms (one with a tub and one with a large walk in shower), a big master bedroom, and a big second bedroom. The house has ample closet space. Open layout kitchen with new appliances. Low maintenance back brick patio for hanging out. Brand new street with a new flood drainage project completed this year. Flood zone X. Great room for a little gardening if wanted. Brand new washer and dryer inside the house. Small office space / sun room in the back area as well.There is only street parking but I've never had any issue at all finding a spot. The neighborhood is quiet and my neighbors are friendly. No smoking inside, no exceptions. One year preferred but 6 months is possible with 100$ more monthly. Utilities paid by tenants. After one year, month to month is fine but another year lease is okay to discuss at that point if preferred by the tenant. No remote meetings/ transactions will be accepted without at least a Zoom call. I need to be able to meet you and trust you with my space, as I think you should trust me with renting the home! (also be careful, scammers are out there!) A Zillow applications credit check will also be required (30$ through Zillow) and at least one reference. Tenant is responsible for Entergy and SWBNO (due to new windows they run low, usually less than 150$ per month for gas, electric, sewage, and water). Cats only and must be kept on year round flea medication. Parking is on the street but has never been a problem.
