The fourth bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with a twin-size bunk bed, perfect for kids or additional guests. We offer a pet-friendly environment with an additional pet fee to help protect against natural wear and tear. If your furry friends are accompanying you, we allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in. Pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets. Smoking, vaping, or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premises of the property. Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy, and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund, and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done. Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and rental agreement, which will be emailed once booking is received. A 24-hour keyless code lock entry is provided.
