GMU, Tysons Corner, Safeway/Pan Am Shopping Center, Patrick Henry library, and bike shops near the historic W&OD trail - a regional treasure - are all nearby. Great for GMU students in particular! CUE bus stop is seconds from our door. What you get: a medium-sized bedroom (with closet) that gets plenty of sunlight, and a bathroom you share with just one fastidiously clean female. Naturally, you also have free run of the rest of the house itself - living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry - much of which is swathed in maplewood flooring. Rent is $750 with one-year lease agreement and security deposit equal to one month's rent. Your share of the utilities would be an additional one-fourth the total of our power, gas, water, HOA, monthly kitchen cleaner, and high-speed wireless internet bills - the total typically runs about $100, give or take. Parking is available via shared spaces out front or on a conveniently located, safe residential side street just outside the cul-de-sac. We're looking for people like us: mid-twenties to mid-thirties college grads, single, non-smoking, non-dramatic, most-of-the-time-happy people with a steady (at least, through, the term of the lease) job and with enough developed sense of selflessness to pitch in and help us keep the place clutter as well as drama-free. Doing your own dishes and throwing out your food when it expires is super-important - if you understand that, we want you as a housemate!
