I have 1 bedroom available (single occupancy listing) in a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home. The bedroom comes furnished or unfurnished. $900/month (utilities vary depending on season - usually about $150/$200 a month), $850 deposit. This is a very clean and quiet home located in the College Glen area (near Sac State). All common spaces are shared and kept clean. It's super safe and family friendly, 10-12 min to Midtown, shopping and very easy freeway access. It's right across from a park and 2 mins from the river access. I'm looking for another female tenant who is quiet, clean and respectful to join me and the other tenant. No drugs, parties, etc. We are 2 working professionals working 8-5pm. We keep the home very clean and maintain normal quiet hours before 8am and after 10pm. Month to month, no smoking, no drugs, no parties. We share cleaning duties and are very considerate towards one another. This is a quiet home.
