We are a senior living community with move in ready units available. Each unit comes with kitchenette area that includes fridge w/ freezer, microwave and locked cabinet for personal belongings. Each senior is provided 3 meals a day including snacks in between, daily activities in and out of the building, transportation to and from appointments, nurse in building 5 days a week and on call there after, 24/7 maintenance, housekeeping weekly and laundry services provided. Pets are allowed in community. Will need to be active on immunizations and less than 20 pounds. There will be a pet fee at time of move in that is non refundable which is $300.00. We run monthly specials as well as negotiate case by case.
