There's a bus stop right outside, and it's a 20-minute walk to restaurants/bars and the Dupont Circle Metro. Landlord is friendly and answers usually within hours. Rent includes all utilities and wifi. Security deposit is one month's rent. No pets please. Owner pays for trash, sewer, water, electricity, gas, and wifi. Laundry facilities in building. Lease through August 31st, 2017 ($1575/month through May 2017).
