Tenant has dedicated space in bathroom to store personal belongings. One shared half bathroom on ground floor. Bathrooms are kept exceptionally clean. There are no personal items stored in tub/shower area or on bathroom counters. Each tenant/guest cleans up after using. LAUNDRY ROOM You have a dedicated shelf stocked with starter laundry supplies ironing board & iron UTILITIES Utilities are included in the monthly rental fee, however if excessive gas or electric is used then there may be an additional amount required. This is a medium-term rental (1 to 6 months). Parking on the street in front of the home is readily available. No smoking, no drugs, no parties. Guests are welcome - no overnight guests - no guests upstairs. Tenant is not expected to do chores, other than cleaning up after themselves in the common areas of the home.
