This is a rental for 2 of 3 bedrooms in a 3 bedroom house. The first bedroom is a 12x16 foot room with hardwood floors and a closet. The second bedroom is a 13x9 foot room, also with hardwood floors and a closet. These two bedrooms are next to each other on the first floor and share a bathroom. Both rooms have an airy and quiet feel as they both face the backyard. The room is part of a house with 3 bedrooms. The house comes furnished with everything you'll need to move in. However, you are welcome to furnish the bedrooms as you would like and/or bring your own furniture for the bedrooms. The owner is only occasionally in the house (4 days a month) and lives on the 2nd floor master suite. The rooms have access to the kitchen, living room and dining room, a backyard patio space, as well as a downstairs TV room. Lease term can be negotiated as 1, 2 or 3 months in duration. No smoking. Parking on the street is available. Renter can also park in drive way when owner is not in town. Renter will need to carry at least $10K in rental insurance.

The homeowner is a full-time professional present 4 days a month. The homeowner is present every other weekend to visit friends and family. Most of the homeowner's time in the house will be spent outside of the house to visit friends and family.
