Remodeling done in 2010 was cheaply done just to sell. With in 3 months of moving in; the house flooded due to no foundation lip on living room structure wall and rain came right under the wall. I have fixed. Also structure flaws were covered with paint that became obvious after a few months. There is alot of drywall and painting that needs done first off. Many updates still need done such as new windows that keep the house insulated and also the air duct work needs updated from flex pipe (foil tubing like on a dryer) to solid vent pipes, and sadly much more.
