This home WAS NOT sold on 3/25/13 for $157,435. I am the owner of this home and have owned the home since 2010 when I purchased it from the builder. There was a nearby home with a similar legal description that was recorded improperly on 3/25/13 with the legal description of my home. Zillow has not responded to my online inquiry about correcting the mistake, so I'm writing the information here to avoid confusion when I try to sell it.
