This will be a lease take over. The current lease ends October 31, 2013, but can be renewed when the time comes. The apartment is vary spacious. I am moving into a 3 bedroom in the same neighborhood with my fiancee. The neighborhood is very quite and the staff on site are very friendly. The apartment has a washer and dryer in it and they are both fairly new. The complex has had lots of new renovations to up the appearance.
