Hi, I have a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom floating home up for rent! This is a house, not an apartment. House is 900 Sq.ft. Has covered walkways on the sides of the house and a 200 Sq.ft. dock off the back. The dock can be moved away if you have a boat that you would rather have moored there. House has a washer and dryer. Pets are allowed. Gated parking lot. One year lease. Monthly rent is $1750 and that covers your water/sewer, garbage, and gated parking. The electric bill is paid by the tenant each month. $1000 deposit due at signing of lease. 1st and last month's rent due at move-in. The current tenant's lease ends at the end of May. I expect to have the house ready for move-in by June 3rd. If the current tenants get moved out early then I can have the place cleaned and ready for move-in earlier.
