Recently have been renovating as we go each year. We have put on a new 2 car garage with attice storage above as well as space to one side for a workbench/hobbie area. The old landscape evergreen shrubs were transplanted to landscape the driveway to the road. The deck was built in the summer of 2009 and is pressure treated wood with metal spindles that adds a bit of contrast to it. Outer shed can be storage or seperate workshop for those that tinker and attached to it is a smaller shed big enough for most lawn tractors as well as push mower and lawn equipment. The inside of the house is the next step for remodeling in the near future. Plans are new carpeting, 1/2 bathh downstairs into 3/4 bath. Hardwood floor and new carpet upstairs also. In 2008 we had new central air/heat system put in for upstairs due to pellet stove downstairs (will heat the house) in winter and downstairs is cool in the summer. Ceiling fans in most rooms upstairs also. Neighborhood Description The neighbors are pleasant and willing to lend a hand when needed. We felt a warm welcome when we moved in to the house in 2001 and have enjoyed having them oveer for B-B-Qs. Excellent starter house for new couples or new family just starting out. Kids of all ages down the road and within walking distance (good for trick or treating).
