Within 8 to 20 minutes of all hospitals. 25 minutes from The Sparks industrial park. 25 minutes to Truckee Ca., and 35 minutes from North shore Lake Tahoe. Located at the base of the Sierra Nevada Mountains and close to everything. You also have access to our kitchen, dining room, laundry room and our beautiful backyard.
