The main spaces of the home include four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with two bedrooms on the upper level featuring king-sized and full bunk beds with a trundle twin-sized bed, and two bedrooms on the main level with a queen-sized and another king-sized bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, nightstand, lamps, and plush chairs. The chef's kitchen boasts high-end stainless appliances, a large refrigerator, ample cabinetry, a Keurig coffee maker, and a large island with high seating. The living room features a 55" smart TV, a large plush sofa, and an open floor concept connecting the kitchen and dining area. The game room offers a Giant Connect 4, two arcade/video games, and a plush sofa. Guests can enjoy access to a refreshing community-shared pool during their stay. Parking is available for two cars in the driveway, with additional parking on Charming Way for overflow if needed. A 2024 golf cart is available for use, accommodating up to six passengers. Located in the heart of 30A, this beach house is just minutes away from the beach and offers easy access to local attractions. Explore Grayton Beach State Park, Seaside, Gulf Place Town Center, and the Blue Mountain Beach Creamery. Enjoy a picturesque drive along the 30A Scenic Highway with breathtaking views, unique beach communities, and plenty of local dining spots. Nearby restaurants include The Red Bar, Chanticleer Eatery, Cafe Thirty-A, Stinky's Fish Camp, and The Perfect Pig. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. The minimum age for check-in is 30 years old. No pets are allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and in outdoor areas, including porches and the backyard. A fee of $300 will be charged for each room that has a smoke odor to cover smoke removal services. Parties are strictly prohibited, and if a party takes place, a $200 extra cleaning fee will be charged for excessive mess or damage. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. There are three security cameras located in the doorbell, rear yard, and side yard by the trash, solely to keep track of the cleaning team. Street parking is not allowed, and you may be towed if parked on the street. The home includes a dedicated workspace, ensuring a comfortable environment for remote work.
