This converted barn is tucked away behind the owner occupied house in a very quiet, almost hidden spot in the Historic District of Brunswick. Newly renovated it is now equipped with heat pumps for both heating and cooling. Renter is responsible for all utilities: electricity, water and sewer. No smoking of anything anywhere on the property, inside or outside. No pets are allowed. There are 2 tandem off street parking spots near the walkway to the apartment. There is a sitting area on the east side of the barn and walkway for the tenants use. It is the tenants responsibility to keep it neat and tidy. There is an area between the sitting area and the fence where bikes may be locked up.
