There is office space in the basement (shown with bunk beds). The small garage is included in the rental agreement. It is possible to park a car in the garage, but it is not super convenient since it is tight and the garage serves a better purpose as storage. There is a built in work bench in the garage. The house is not furnished. You must cover the floors with area rugs- especially in high traffic areas. References, background check, credit check, and one month rent deposit is required. We prefer no pets because the floors are original pumpkin pine. No smoking. Available around the 5th of March. Private well and septic maintained by landlord. Tenant is responsible for heat, internet services, electricity, mowing lawn, clearing snow, and maintaining a clean yard. $35 background check/application fee required.
