We are in a nice neighborhood with the elementary school and town center in walking distance. We have walked to the library in the summer, walking trips to Dunkin and for ice cream at Jennifer’s and to the towns fall fest and tree lighting. Wonderful memories that you can create with your family as well. I have a beautiful flower garden near the pool and on the side of the driveway that is loaded with perennials that bring so much color and life to the yard. The yard is bordered by hostas lilies and rose bushes. The roof was replaced in 2010 along with new vinyl windows in bedrooms living and dining rooms. the kitchen was updated in 2010, new flooring in kitchen and half bath was installed in 2018. the full bath upstairs was remodeled in 2014. New gas stove dec 2020 new refrigerator Nov 2021. All stainless steel appliances. Upper Deck was rebuilt in 2019 with granite counters and it’s a wonderful place to bbq and have friends over. lower deck rebuilt in 2020, overlooking fire pit stairs double as seating, it’s a great place to spent summer nights. Pool deck railing replaced in 2022. Pool is 9 yrs old and is saltwater, the easiest way to maintain a pool. Solar installed in Nov 2021 and it has saved us a lot on our electric so far. Vegetable garden in back yard. Great family home. Attic room started as my kids playroom and is currently my adult sons bedroom. Also has a lot of storage. Built in electric fireplace in living room creates cozy winter nights. Three season porch has a beachy feeling, nice place to hang out and listen to the birds. Master bedroom and bedroom two both have a walk in closet and smaller closet. Third room can either be a bedroom or an office. I raised my kids in this house, we have many happy memories. It’s a great cozy home and has a good flow.
