Late check-out is available for $25 for 1 hour (11AM instead) or $50 for 2 hours (12PM instead). The location is perfect, with many great restaurants and bars on North High Street. It's less than a minute walk to the Short North District, an 8-minute walk to the Greater Columbus Convention Center, and a 10-minute walk to Nationwide Arena Stadium. Downtown Columbus and Ohio State University campus are less than 1 mile away. The Kroger Food Market is also less than 1 mile away, and Nationwide Children's Hospital is an 8-minute drive away. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property (smoking is allowed outside the home only). No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over (even if not spending the night) unless under the reservation guest count. Pets are allowed for a fee of $40 per pet, per night (up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay). For any undisclosed pet, a $500 charge will apply. No photography or any commercial use on the premises without written permission from the host. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance (external camera), noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge.
