This apartment is pet-friendly and has a fully fenced backyard and a dedicated workspace. Private off-street parking is available for two vehicles. Street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Early check-in is available for $25 for 1 hour (3PM instead) or $50 for 2 hours (2PM instead). Late check-out is available for $25 for 1 hour (11AM instead) or $50 for 2 hours (12PM instead). The location is perfect, with many great restaurants and bars on North High Street. It's less than a minute walk to the Short North District, an 8-minute walk to the Greater Columbus Convention Center, and a 10-minute walk to Nationwide Arena Stadium. Downtown Columbus and Ohio State University campus are less than 1 mile away. The Kroger Food Market is also less than 1 mile away, and Nationwide Children's Hospital is an 8-minute drive away. CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport is a 10-minute drive/Uber, and Easton Town Center Shopping Mall is a 15-minute drive. There is easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines for getting around the city. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property (smoking is allowed outside the home only). No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over (even if not spending the night) unless under the reservation guest count. Pets are allowed for a fee of $40 per pet, per night (up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay). For any undisclosed pet, a $500 charge will apply. No photography or any commercial use on the premises without written permission from the host. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance (external camera), noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $300. The original hardwood floors and staircases may not be suitable for children as it is not child-friendly.
