Magnolia Vale is on the most unique properties on the Miss. River because of its location below the bluffs of the downtown Natchez yet high above the river with the most extraordinary view at one its widest points from Minnesota to the Gulf of Mexico. In 1946 the 1840 Greek Revival home was destroyed by fire & a new home was completed in 1950 by the acclaimed N.O. firm of Koch & Wilson. Several antebellum outbuildings survived, two are now B&B units.
