Beautiful home with a recently renovated kitchen (including bowling alley countertops). Two living room spaces, one with a working fireplace. Plenty of storage (huge basement and a two car garage). Big backyard with mature apple tree, brick patio and space for a garden. The house does come with a baby grand piano as part of the rental. Here are the walk through video links. No smoking allowed, up to two pets allowed (I prefer no cats), all utilities (including wifi) are included in rent. (If utilities are consistently above $300, rent will be increased accordingly.)
