Hello everyone, my name is Joshua Murray. I bought this house in 2006, one year after it was built (so I am the second owner). I was stationed in Hanover, active duty, as a recruiter from 2006 - 2009. The purchase price at the time was $184,900. When I got orders for reassignment to Fort Bragg, NC, I intended to sell, however the house dropped in value; so I decided to rent until the market bounced back to hopefully get at least what I paid for it. The house currently has happy tenants that have no desire to move. They've been there for over 3 years now, paying $1200 per month on time like clock work. They also pay all bills (i.e. water, sewer, trash, gas, electric etc). If you are planning to use this as an investment property, this is the perfect house for you. They are willing to stay as long as you are willing to allow them to reside there. The basement is finished and there's also a nice fence on the property. I've never had any issues with the house, minus a dishwasher, fridge, and washer/dryer that I've had to replace. I'm sorry I don't have more pics, however the house is immaculate! Also the kitchen appliances are stainless steel, top of the line, the master bedroom has a beautiful cathedral ceiling, the finished basement has a sliding door walkout, and the dining back door has a walk out deck with stairs to the ground level.
