Where is it? The apartment is about two miles from Davis Square, which is an easy bike ride, a three-minute car ride, or a 25 minute walk away. Highway access is super easy, its eight minutes to 93 and 20 minutes to 95 (via Rt2) in the mornings. It's super close to the Whole Foods in Medford and the Stop & Shop in Somerville, as well as a quick ride to the Whole Foods and Trader Joe's at Alewife. We are walking distance to many parks and green spaces. Somerville has on-street permitted parking, and parking on this street is usually pretty easy. The Space It's a beautiful sunny furnished two-person place with a comfortable living room, a huge kitchen with a dishwasher, an updated bathroom, and a washer & dryer in the basement, with hardwood floors throughout. Also, the apartment has a great front porch space. There is a dry goods storage room off the kitchen where we keep toilet paper and stuff, and an enclosed back porch we are currently using for storage for stuff like air conditioners. I'd love to convert it to a 3 season porch on which to hang and entertain. The available room is 10'-5" x 11'-0", has a good-sized closet, and currently fits a queen size bed and a sizable desk pretty comfortably. The Money Part Your share of the rent would be $900. All bills are split evenly and include electricity, gas, and cable/internet. The bills usually round out at $90 per person in the summer and $180 per person in the winter. About Me I'm 31, a college grad and I work at a construction company north of the city. I love to read (usually fiction). I really enjoy cooking and baking, but I tend to meal-prep for the week to make life easier. Although I'm a home-body at heart, I like socializing. I'm not a partier, unless you count dinner parties and board games. I don't smoke, I don't do drugs, and I drink socially. I'm a bit of a TV hound, but no reality, mostly drama and fantasy. (think Grey's Anatomy, Game of Thrones, Archer) I like puzzles, yoga, crocheting, Boston sports teams, Netflix binges, and imgur.
