The apartment was last updated 20 years ago and is clean and ready for occupancy. It has a gas & gas stove which also heats the place and a refrigerator. There is a washer hook-up on the back porch and if you have a stackable washer/dryer unit that runs on 110 volts you have plenty of ceiling space to use it. There is also a private clothes line off the rear porch for you to use. The apartment has it's own private entrance in the back of the building. The closet space is extremely limited so you'll most likely need to purchase a stand-up unit or a dresser to store your clothes. The parking is on street right next to the apartment.
