This sweet jewel box was designed by an architect and is being offered to MID-TERM RENTERS. 30 DAY RENTAL PERIODS WILL BE CONSIDERED but I have to charge 13% occupancy taxes if rented for less than 91 days. (The house is also available from April 6th - June 13th but we will be finishing the lower level apartment so there will be construction noise M-F between appx. 8:30am-5:00pm. I will greatly reduce the rental rate during this time.) From the moment you enter this light flooded tiny house you will be smitten with the colors, the huge back deck and the wonderful views. The homey living room welcome you to chill and read a book or watch a show. A full size refrigerator, Ninja toaster oven/air fryer, induction cooktop and microwave will allow you to prepare simple meals. An added treat are original oils and pastels by Asheville artists. The bedroom is the coziest nook you've ever slept in. A comfortable queen sized bed and a tapestried headboard is protected on three sides by windows (with black out blinds). You will feel as if you are tucked into the most comfortable nest. An all-in-one washer and dryer make washing clothes a breeze. During pleasant weather the deck is the perfect spot for enjoying a cup of coffee, watching gorgeous sunrises or grilling out for dinner. This is a one of a kind place to spend some time in our special city. Sunrise Treehouse is located near the end of a quiet dead end street. This is walking distance to downtown Asheville, 1.2 miles to Mission Hospital, 1.0 mile to Whole Foods and a quick drive to much revered restaurants, art galleries, boutiques and more. ALL UTILITIES & WIFI. ARE INCLUDED. There is a $100 cap on heat during the winter and $75 on AC during the warmer months. ONE DOG (PREFERABLY HYPOALLERGENIC) UNDER 30 LBS WILL BE CONSIDERED I have to charge 13% NC occupancy tax on the rent if term is less that 91 days. Owners pay utilities and WiFi. There is a monthly cap on heating of $100 and $75 on A/C. Absolutely no smoking in or out. If smoking is discovered there will be a $400 fine. Depending on the temperature, heat and Air must be left on when tenant is not in the home. One small hypoallergenic dog will be considered with a refundable fee. A pet reference is preferred. Fire insurance is required
