The other is the master bedroom, which has a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom which is $1,100 per month. The unit is equipped with air conditioning, hardwood floors, and a fan in each room. The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove and oven. There's also an in-unit washer and dryer, both brand new, making laundry super convenient. For parking, there's a covered space that's perfect for winter, so you won't have to worry about clearing snow off your car, plus additional street parking is available. The house is also well-connected to public transportation just a 10-minute walk to bus 45 and a 20-minute walk to bus 30, with campus only a 12-minute drive away. Security is also a priority, with outdoor cameras, motion-activated exterior lighting, and dead-bolt locks for peace of mind. All utilities are included in the rent except for oil, which comes to about $200 per year. Rent covers electricity, gas, high-speed internet, hot water, lawn care, recycling, snow removal, trash removal, and water/sewer.
