Online Application: After touring the home, I will send you an application invitation through Avail, which will charge a $30 application fee per each adult applicant. 4. Security Deposit and Lease Signing: If your application is approved, you will be offered the opportunity to sign a 1-year lease agreement. The security deposit and first month's rent will be due at the time of signing. The first month's rent will be pro-rated based on your move-in date. 5. Rent payments: Rent is due on the first of each month, and a late rent payment will incur a $50 fee. 6. Utilities: Internet and utilities are to be paid by the tenant. 7.
