The gorgeous condo takes over the entire 10th floor and has an elevator that opens up to your very unit. The pictures speak for themselves but be prepared to be engulfed in the most breathtaking ocean views wherever you look during your stay. Feel free to open all the windows and let the sea breeze come through while you get lost in the moving picture that is the scene before you. Surfers, canoers, and sailboats are a constant while the sun makes its way down to set in front of you towards the end of the day. The apartment has A/C throughout the whole unit, which is very rare in these iconic oceanfront buildings with so much history. There's also surround sound, which is a nice touch, and you can control it to play in any room of the home and different volumes. A few blocks away, the Hau Tree restaurant offers the perfect breakfast scene and vibe at the recently remodeled Kaimana Hotel, and just next to it, Michelles restaurant is a must for a spectacular dress-up date night with your loved one or the whole family. Walk, jog or play tennis at the Kapiolani Park in the morning while the sun rises behind Diamond Head and showers you and the surrounding nature with rays of sunlight and let the sounds of the birds carry you away, or go for a dip in the ocean right at your steps. Gold Coast and the Seabreeze building are a dream, and I wish you enjoy your stay while visiting. With Aloha. There is one parking space for you to use and private access to the beach from the property. There are only 11 units in this builiding, one per floor, and the property manager is a bit hard to get along with.
