Tenant pays $2400/month and electricity in excess of $100/month. No pets, no smoking. Tenant pays $150.00 non refundable cleaning fee. Tenant pays $500.00 security fee, which is refunded if there is no damage done to the unit upon departure. Tenant pays $500.00 reservation fee which is applied to the last month's rent - which is non refundable if the tenant does not move into the unit after signing a contract. Written agreement is required by our Home Owners Association. Contract is compliant with State of California guidelines.
