We are selling our unfinished home in order to move on to new things for our family. We worked on this house since 2021, and it is close to being finished. Since taking some of these photos, there have been some more progress such as walls are painted with primer, ceiling is finished, a railing was added to the stairs, various small projects have been done, fireplace wall is finished, etc. New photos will be added as things continue to progress. We would like to sell the house "as is" and unfinished. This house sets on 10 acres of wooded land, with a very small stream and potential to add a pond. We are selling "by owner" also because we would like to offer the new potential homeowners the option of finishing the home to their liking. (which would need to be discussed thoroughly of course) This house was recently appraised "as is" and unfinished for $165,000. Lots of privacy on a dead end road with private drive. Already has internet hooked up as well! We currently heat with a wood stove, but have run all the duct work for central air/heat.
