This studio shares one wall with the main house but has its own private courtyard, entrance and parking along with 3 exterior storage sheds. An added bonus is that the water, trash, gardening is paid for. Now! This unit, and location, is not for the faint of heart. It has to be known that this area is prone to wildfire danger, potential flooding and often times the power goes out with no warning. Therefore, renter's insurance is required, and a generator is provided in case of power failure. Electricity is paid for however it is very expensive! This is why propane usage is a must for heating purposes. You must maintain your propane tank by paying for your usage and having it filled. No electrical devises for heating are permitted. There is no laundry available but there is fluff and fold service that will come out to you to pick up, launder, and return your items. Water, trash, electric, yard maintenance and generator paid for by the owner. Tenants are responsible for filling their own propane tank and putting fuel in the generator. Private driveway parking but it is outside= no garage or carport.
