View of the mountains from the living room, a 10-15 minute walk to the Table Mesa Shopping center with Whole Foods Market and King Soopers and lots of conveniences like Yoga Pod, Snarfs, Dry cleaning, Pettyjohn's Liquor, Wine and Beer store, Illegal Pete's, Southern Sun Brewery, Walnut Cafe and Boxcar Coffee. There are two parks/playgrounds within walking distance and one a short 4 minutes in the car. 10-13 minute drive to downtown Boulder. Easy bus access to downtown and university. 10 minutes or less drive to campus. The House- This short term rental comes mostly furnished. Tri story ranch house with a nicely carpeted finished basement. 3 Bedrooms and a full bath with tub upstairs, main level living room and kitchen, sliding glass doors out to a huge backyard, small patio and gas grill. Fully fenced in yard. Down from main level is an art space/playroom, small office nook and a full bath with shower. One more flight down is the basement with wool carpeting, a comfy sofa and large TV. The laundry room is also in the basement. One King bed One queen bed (optional- queen bed or exercise, yoga, meditation, workout room with Peloton and dumbbells. If you prefer a bedroom the bike will be removed and a queen bed will be set up) Twin bed with Trundle bed (2 twins) This is a furnished 1 MONTH RENTAL. 5/25/25-6/25/25 All Utilities included- electric, water, gas, garbage, internet, lawn care. No Smoking, no pets except maybe a small dog. Open to discussion with additional pet deposit. House will be cleaned prior to arrival and we ask that you clean prior to departure, ideally with our cleaners- $140 per clean. (You can also hire them during your stay as often as you like- they change and wash sheets and clean the whole house. They are awesome. They have a key to the house.) No parties. Small intimate gatherings ok, up to 10 people total. Rent and deposit due upfront before move in date. Cashiers checks or cash only. Lots of easy street parking and potentially off street parking. TBD. No Garage access- this will be locked and used by owners only. Renters insurance required.
