This is NOT a year- round rental. 6-8 month rental only! House is fully furnished. Built in 1898, Pioneer House overlooks the original barn, fields and orchard that supported generations. The house has been lovingly restored, updated, and furnished with comfort in mind. The gourmet kitchen is complete with a Blue Star gas range and a Miele dishwasher to enjoy. There is a breakfast nook in the kitchen in addition to the full dining room off the parlor. The ground floor also has an office area, a study with a hide-a-bed and a jack-n-jill bathroom with a clawfoot tub. Pioneer House has 3 bedrooms - all upstairs - one with a queen bed, one with a full bed and one with two twin beds. There is both a full bath and a 3/4 bath upstairs. Lovely grounds include a firepit and well cared-for landscaping with lots of color and variety. Owner pays for base water, wifi, trash/recycling, yardwork and once per month house cleaning. Tenant pays for electricity and propane based on use.
