Heating is baseboard with thermostats in every room for individual adjustments they are electric which is why it varies (highest in winter) Has on site parking with assigned parking the spot would be yours because i do not drive/own a vehicle Coin op laundry in the basement (we have a dryer in the apartment) , and a dishwasher! Fully furnished by me! Besides the room you'll be in of course. Your room is smaller, it can hold a queen bed and some extra room, current roomie had a computer set up in there. Pets are allowed, case to case per landlord, preference towards small dogs and cats. There is closet storage space in the common area, but not a ton. Your room also has a closet of course. Location: On main street, across from edmunds middle school. On main bus line. About 10 minute down hill walk to church Street and 15 minute up hill walk to UVM.
