This is a 2nd floor, small two bedroom apartment located in Perryville, MD near the RT-222 / I-95 interchange. There are 4 apartments in this building. The apartment is laid out exactly as shown on the drawing. The bedrooms and living room are carpeted. The kitchen has oak cabinets with a full size electric stove and refrigerator with a small pantry/broom closet. The bedrooms are on the small size. One would be suitable for a small child with a crib or toddler bed. The other bedroom is larger but would only accommodate up to a queen size bed if there was other furniture in the room.
