The apartment is laid out exactly as shown on the drawing. The bedrooms and living room are carpeted. The kitchen has oak cabinets with a full size electric stove and refrigerator with a small pantry/broom closet. The bedrooms are on the small size. One would be suitable for a small child with a crib or toddler bed. The other bedroom is larger but would only accommodate up to a queen size bed if there was other furniture in the room. The entire apartment has been painted along with all the trim and doors. There are hookups for a tenant supplied washer and dryer in the basement. New windows have just been installed. This is a very quiet building except for the road traffic. The heat is included in the rent but a window A/C unit will be required for cooling. There is plenty of parking on either side of the building. Rent is $675 with heat, hot and cold water and trash removal included. Security deposit of one months rent and one full month's rent is required ($1350) at move-in. The 2nd month's rent will be prorated if move-in was not on the first of the month.
