Walk to groceries, dining, yoga, and Montage ;-). This great little studio has a front patio, side yard, and access to a larger outdoor dining space for entertaining, if desired. - Furnished with large fridge (free to use, not covered for repairs). - large walk-in closet - bar sized sink - hot plate, counter top oven, microwave type kitchen. - plumbed for stackable washer dryer. The one in photo no longer works and we will not be replacing it. I'm listing this with a long available and with a request for interested parties to provide feedback. We are open to the items listed below: - how important is the stackable washer dryer? - Partially furnished? We have some pieces that we would leave in unit.
